Daily opening and closing cash
Confirm the cash you start with, then close the drawer when the day's sales are in. You can see whether the day is still open or already closed.
Cash movements and reconciliation
Record cash added to the drawer or taken out during the day. ShopKey compares the cash you count with the amount the day should have, and checks the payment machine the same way.
Sales and payment tracking
Keep cash, UPI, card, and payment-machine collections separate. The day's total stays split, so you can see where the money came from.
Online orders
Record orders that came in online and see that amount beside counter sales. It stays out of the cash drawer figure.
Staff attendance and management
Add the people who work in the shop and review attendance with the rest of the day. Staff can clock in on their own screen.
Reports and owner visibility
The owner dashboard shows today's sales, cash, and day status. Reports look back across closed days, and you can download a report as a CSV.

FAQ
Setup, trial, price, and cancellation
How do I set up ShopKey?
Create an account, confirm your email, then add the business name and the first store. Daily closing, cash, attendance, and reports are already in the product. The marketing page does not take you into payment.
What are the trial terms?
The proposed trial is 7 days. It is not live on this page. ShopKey is not starting a trial, a bank mandate, or a charge from here. The trial terms will be shown again before any payment screen is ready.
Are these prices final?
Starter is ₹299 a month, Growth is ₹599 a month, and Pro is ₹999 a month. Treat them as proposed prices. Checkout is not open, and the product does not currently unlock different tools on different plans.
How would cancellation work?
Proposed cancellation terms, not yet in effect: You can cancel before the first plan debit and that amount will not be charged. After billing starts, cancellation stops the next monthly debit at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not delete saved business records.
